The price depends on size, pose complexity and chosen finishes. As a reference, a medium figure (15 cm) starts at €45, the large (20 cm) at €75, and the XL (25 cm or more) at €110. Varnishing with an engraved plaque carries a €5 surcharge. After reviewing your form, we send you a fixed quote with no purchase commitment.

We don't charge anything until you accept the quote. Once confirmed, we request a 50% deposit to start the work. The remaining 50% is paid when the figure is shipped. We accept bank transfer, Bizum and credit/debit card.

Yes. For orders of 3 or more figures we apply a 10% discount, and for institutional orders (town councils, foundations, educational centres) we offer special rates. Contact us directly for a tailored quote.

The usual lead time is 3 to 5 weeks from when you confirm the order and pay the deposit. Pose complexity, XL size or high-demand season (Christmas, Book Day) can extend it. If you have a deadline, tell us in the form and we'll do our best to meet it.

In most cases we can speed up the process, though it may involve a 15–20% rush surcharge depending on artisan availability. Indicate the deadline in the corresponding field of the form and we'll confirm whether it's feasible before accepting the order.

Yes, we send progress photos at two key moments: after priming and final modelling, and once the base colour layers are applied. This lets you request adjustments before the fine detailing and varnishing. At the end, you'll receive high-quality photos of the finished piece before shipment.

Yes, within the agreed review points you can request adjustments to colour, pose or details. Major changes (pose redesign or a different character) after painting has started may entail additional costs and extend the deadline. That's why it's important for the initial form to be as detailed as possible.

Yes, we ship throughout the European Union and also to non-EU countries on request. Cost and timeframe vary depending on destination. For international shipments contact us before placing the order so we can include shipping in the quote.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If the delivered figure doesn't match what was agreed in the confirmed quote, we repaint or remake it at no extra cost. To avoid surprises, we share photos at each review point so you can validate progress before continuing. That makes complaints virtually nonexistent.

We pack each figure with high-density foam and a double-wall box. In the unlikely event that it arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece. We'll cover repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Yes. All figures include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (peeling paint, structural cracks). This warranty doesn't cover knocks or drops after delivery. Limited-edition pieces also include a certificate of authenticity signed by the artisan.
